  • The pay for this position is per hour $74.87 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • 3 ten-hour shifts and every other weekend (when it comes to weekend shift its either a Saturday or Sunday shift) Example Monday, Wednesday, Friday one week. 2nd week Monday, Wednesday, Friday with a Saturday or Sunday shift) 30-35 hours per week
  • M-F:830a-730p, Sa:9a-530p, Su:9a-530p

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

  • May also include identification of aberrances and initiation of corrective action, promotes patient advocacy
  • Will assess, treat, and diagnose patients from 18 months and above in a small clinic setting.

Nurse Practitioner Requirements

  • Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification
  • Active FNP state license Required (Must Be FNP licensed)
  • 1 year experience (willing to be flexible and send someone in with 6 months)
  • EPIC EMR highly preferred
