LPN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location Louisville KY 40223 : On-site On-call duties may be required.
- Coverage area Jefferson, Oldham, Trimble, Shelby, Henry
- Payrate: $37.30hour weekly pay + 0.54/mile
- Required Availability: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- On-Call: 1–2 days per week and one weekend every 4 weeks.
LPN | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide care for clients following the client's plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence.
- Monitor client's vital statistics and report abnormal findings.
- Administer medications, feedings, and oxygen as needed per the client's plan of care.
- Complete routines established by other care professionals, ensuring infection control policies are maintained.
- Accurately document nursing actions and communicate appropriate information regarding care given.
- Order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are on hand.
LPN | REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Nursing License in the Practicing State.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Preferred: Homecare Homebase (HCHB), Home health experience
