OSH Registered Nurse Highlights

• The pay for this position is $32.00-$38.00 per hour.
  • Onsite, Monday–Friday (Full Time)
  • Onsite position
  • This position is a contract role with a hard end date; no extensions.
  • Drug test required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and help deliver a seamless, supportive experience for patients and their care teams.
  • Use integrated clinical standards, guidelines, and pathways to drive high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, interventions, education, and timely patient care.
  • Respond to incoming calls and patient inquiries in a dependable, timely manner.
  • Provide clinically competent triage and symptom management, both in person and remotely.
  • Use standardized protocols for medication management, prescription refills, and prior authorizations.
  • Review and update patient medication lists accurately.
  • Deliver patient education and direct care, including chronic disease management, via phone, in person, or group sessions.
  • Build strong patient relationships to support prevention efforts and reduce ED/hospital visits.
  • Participate in care team meetings to support quality clinical operations.
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience with professionalism, compassion, and responsiveness.
  • Perform point-of-care testing, procedures, and specimen collection—including phlebotomy—when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing (screenshot required at the top of the resume).
  • BLS certification.
  • 3–5 years of RN experience; prior clinic experience preferred.
  • EMR experience required.
  • Strong remote assessment capabilities with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • High computer proficiency with the ability to analyze data from multiple systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must have valid U.S. work authorization.
