Registered Nurse (Hospice) Compensation
The pay for this position is $56.14 per hour.

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Registered Nurse (Hospice) Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

• The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (no weekends or on-call).

• Two openings available – ASAP start!

Registered Nurse (Hospice) Responsibilities

• Complete admission, recertification, routine, PRN, and death visits (5–7 per day).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for high-risk members.

• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and care teams to implement individualized care plans.

• Coordinate care transitions and community resources.

• Maintain detailed records of clinical, functional, and fiscal outcomes.

• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring privacy and dignity at all times.

Registered Nurse (Hospice) Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required).

• Current BLS CPR certification.

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

• Hospice experience and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) proficiency required.

• Case management skills and strong clinical judgment.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.

Registered Nurse (Hospice) Preferred Qualifications

• Case Management Certification (CCM or ACM).

• Previous experience in hospice or home health care settings.
