Job Summary
Provide compassionate psychiatric nursing care to youth patients in a structured behavioral health environment. Support safety, stabilization, and recovery-focused treatment.
Responsibilities
- Perform full nursing assessments and care planning
- Monitor youth patients during overnight hours
- Administer medications and document care
- Maintain a safe therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
