Pay Rate: $28.00-30.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8-4PM

Quality Improvement Coordinator Responsibilities
- Analyze Quality Management Program reports and recommend improvements
- Conduct audits and oversee quality reviews
- Lead training sessions for medical and non-medical staff
- Serve as liaison with physicians, nurses, and internal teams
- Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with corrective action planning and compliance efforts
- Participate in committees and ongoing program development
- Maintain professional knowledge through training and industry research
Quality Improvement Coordinator Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Nursing License (or equivalent professional licensure)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Minimum 2 years of quality improvement experience in a formal program
- Strong computer skills (data systems, reporting, databases, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to lead, train, and communicate across teams
