HOME HEALTH RN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Ringgold GA 3073 – 100% On-site

- Counties Covered: Walker, Whitfield, Murray, Dade & Catoosa
- Payrate: $48.68/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

HOME HEALTH RN | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Home Health RN will support individuals in a home health and community-based setting. This role blends hands-on patient care with care coordination, case management, and staff oversight—perfect for an RN who enjoys autonomy, variety, and making a real impact.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
HOME HEALTH RN | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for well, chronically ill, or acutely ill individuals
- Coordinate care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Provide case management and health maintenance support
- Oversee medication management, including ordering, monitoring, documentation, and disposal per policy
- Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and ensure timely follow-up
- Complete required daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual nursing documentation
- Supervise LPNs and provide guidance to unlicensed staff as needed
- Train new employees and conduct annual health & safety recertifications
- Coordinate appointments, hospital admissions, and discharge planning
- Ensure infection prevention standards for equipment, supplies, and environments
HOME HEALTH RN | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to work independently in community and small-facility settings
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and care coordination abilities
- Preferred: Home Health nursing experience, HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience
