Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $58.62 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with on-call 3–4 weekends and 5–6 weeknights per month.
Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in community or small facility settings
- Provide case management, health maintenance, and disease prevention
- Supervise care plans and assist staff as needed
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Administer and monitor medications following physician orders and agency policies
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate health records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- Provide training and guidance to new or unlicensed staff
Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (compact licenses accepted)
- Home health experience is required
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HCHB
