Hospice Aide (CNA) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $30.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Days (0800-1630) no weekends
- Communicating and tracking medical changes
- Wound care
- Bathing and dressing
- Personal care, including hair, skin, oral care, and nails
- Helping with toileting or incontinence care
- Light meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Tasks to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
- Spending time with patients and educating family members
- Current unencumbered Oregon CNA Level 1 or 2 certification required upon submission.
- One (1) year experience as a Certified Nursing Aide or equivalent in a health care setting required. Experience in home health, hospice or community service preferred.
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
- This position requires the use of the employee's personal automobile. Employee must have a valid driver's license and auto liability/property damage insurance as required by law and must maintain their vehicle in good working order.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
