Obstetrics Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is $72-$80 per hour based on experience.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Obstetrics Manager Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nurses, midwives, and other healthcare staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Obstetrics Manager Requirements

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Must have previous OB leadership experience - Required
• Experience with Newborns Pediatric and Adults – Required
• Certification Requirements: ACLS; PALS; BLS (AHA)
• State License Requirements: Michigan
