- Hourly Range: $36.60 to $45.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
- Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

Occupational Therapist - Acute (Days) Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients in an acute care setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the best care according to professional occupational therapy practices.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment programs.
- Implement therapy plans and assess patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and exercises.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Occupational Therapist - Acute (Days) Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s of Occupational Therapy preferred.
- Experience: Hospital experience preferred.
- Licensure:
- Current Kansas Occupational Therapist license or eligible for licensure.
- Certifications:
- CPR (Basic Cardiac Life Support [American Red Cross-CPR for the Professional Rescuer] or Basic Life Support [American Heart Association-Health Care Provider]) certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
