- Provide coordinated care to patients of all ages in a home care environment.

- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of occupational therapy equipment.
- Must be flexible to work varying schedules and travel locally.
- Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree.
- Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
