Occupational Therapist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $48 -$52/hr
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Occupational Therapist Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
- Provides rehabilitative care to patients of all ages
- Evaluates treatment needs of assigned physician referred patients
- Determines and implements plan to accomplish treatment goals within appropriate time frames
- Provides appropriate feedback to physician, department, and other team members and maintains required documentation
- Contributes to the maintenance of a satisfactory work environment
Occupational Therapist Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Licensed in the state of IL
- CPR Certified
Occupational Therapist Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Experience with neurologic and orthopedic injuries
- Prior experience with CPSI and/or WebPT
