Office Services Coordinator Compensation

The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Office Services Coordinator Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Office Services Coordinator Responsibilities

Scan production documents using DocuNECT electronic archive software

Sort, digitize, and upload a variety of records with accuracy

Retrieve and relocate physical records from storage (cages, shelves, file cabinets)

Ensure scanned documents are readable, correctly named, and indexed

Perform quality control reviews and provide summary reports as needed

Maintain document organization and adapt to changing priorities
Office Services Coordinator Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel (moderately strong)

Attention to detail and ability to follow established naming/indexing protocols

Ability to pass a background check prior to starting

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
