• LVN/LPN rates: $37.17hr weekly – w2
• Medical Assistants: $27.73hr bi-weekly w2

Contingent Clinical Care Registered Nurse

• See below:
  • Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
  • Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify abnormalities.
  • Perform routine assessments to ensure overall patient well-being.
  • Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources.
  • Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions.
  • Document patient medical history using electronic health records.
  • This position IS NOT compatible with heavy/mostly Longterm Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), Nursing Home/Rehab nor LTAC clinicians.

Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN

  • Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities.
  • Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being.
  • Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources.
  • Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.
  • Keep an organized, well-stocked, clean clinic at all times.
  • This position IS NOT compatible with heavy/mostly Longterm Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), Nursing Home/Rehab nor LTAC clinicians.

Contingent Clinical Care Medical Assistant (Part time only – select Arizona, California or Minnesota stores)

  • Provide a great first impression by greeting guests warmly and friendly.
  • Assist practitioners during guest visits by rooming patients and collecting histories.
  • Accurately collect vital signs and specimens for simple tests.
  • Prepare, administer, and provide educational materials for vaccination services.
  • Drive operational excellence to maximize clinic workflow and patient experience.
  • Quickly and courteously answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information.
  • Participate in community engagement outreach and initiatives to drive practice growth.
  • CMA license is preferred and not required. Must have hospital, clinic/urgent care or related fast paced
  experience

Critical Information
• Part time may be available (20hrs)
• Full-time is 32-40 hours per week including every other weekend.
• Full time options are not available for Medical Assistants
• Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following a 3-week training/orientation.
• Shifts will be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours.
• Availability required for two or three weekdays and every other weekend.
• Some major holidays may require work. May require floating to other nearby locations.

Education/Licenses Needed
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State.
• Minimum of one-year related work experience in a health care setting.
