Bilingual Call Center Representative Compensation
- The pay for this position is $23.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Bilingual Call Center Representative Responsibilities
- Advanced Client Solutions Specialists are responsible for delivering world class service, uncovering, and understanding our clients known and unknown needs and finding solutions to those needs.
- Advanced Client Solutions Specialists interact with clients over the phone leveraging multiple computer-based systems.
- Advanced Client Solutions Specialists are responsible for sales, operations, quality, and client experience goals and take part in an incentive plan driven by their success in these thresholds.
- Advanced Client Solutions Specialists typically have a minimum of two-year sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals where you routinely met or exceeded defined goals and enjoy working in a competitive, client centric and high energy environment.

- Experience in the banking/financial industry
- One year of sales experience with cross-selling, upselling, or referring products
- Experience working in a call center
- Experience in telephone sales
- Experience with multi-solution customer offerings and bundling services
- Experience working as a Personal Banker managing high client volume
