OR Surgical Tech Details and Compensation:

• Location: Barberton, OH 44203 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $50/hr
• Required Availability: Between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Rotating 3x12-hour shifts one week; alternating 12-hour, 8-hour, 12-hour, and 8-hour shifts the next week.
  • Includes 1 day of call from 3 PM to 7 PM.

OR Surgical Tech Summary and Highlights:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room (OR) Surgical Tech to join a dynamic healthcare team. This position involves providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

OR Surgical Tech Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of surgical principles and the ability to handle surgical instruments effectively.
• Capability to operate sterilizers, adjust operating tables, and manage accessory devices.
• Excellent team collaboration skills with a focus on supporting team goals and offering/receiving constructive feedback.
• Demonstrated initiative and adaptability to contribute to innovative problem-solving and process improvements.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift patients and equipment, and manage a dynamic workload.

OR Surgical Tech Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification required.
• National Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification preferred.
• Recent or prior operating room experience is preferred.
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
