Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations, including filling, packing, labeling, assembling, utility tasks, and inspections. This role works under general supervision while maintaining strict compliance with FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and ISO9000 standards.
Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment while rotating through various tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Follow standard operating procedures and written instructions accurately

Perform routine production tasks such as filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspecting

Maintain complete, accurate, and legible records and logs

Make effective decisions within the scope of routine job duties

Rotate into different tasks and work functions as directed

Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Contribute positively to team goals and communication
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Ability to understand and follow English-written specifications

Strong verbal communication skills

Willingness to work flexible or extended hours

Reliable attendance and punctuality
