Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Compensation
- $16.50 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates
- On-site position in Covington, GA
- Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Must be able to work between Covington and Madison plants as needed
In this role, you will support warehouse operations by unloading and staging product, building sterilization loads, and keeping accurate documentation while following safety and quality procedures.
Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Responsibilities
- Unload inbound trucks and verify numbers/quantities
- Stack boxes onto specific pallet patterns
- Drive forklift and locate pallets into racks (as assigned)
- Receive and verify materials for sterilization (catalog #, lot #, quantities, expiration dates)
- Complete transactions using data collection scanners
- Build sterilization loads and initiate required documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow site procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certification (and ability to pass lift driver test, if required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to read/understand basic instructions in English and perform basic math
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- 2–3 years operating material handling equipment (especially stand-up fork truck)
