Pay Rate: $22.70/hour
Start Date: December 2nd
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM (3rd Shift, 8-hour shifts)

Position Summary
The Operator 2, Warehouse Operations role is responsible for supporting Production by safely supplying and removing materials to and from the production area. This position maintains product identification, traceability, and material status while assisting with various Warehouse Department functions. The operator ensures compliance with client quality systems, policies, procedures, and all applicable safety regulations. Regular, punctual attendance is essential. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and be willing to uphold client Values.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain accurate product identification, traceability, and material status.

Transfer product in and out of the Warehouse rack system.

Transport raw, in-process, and finished goods materials into and out of the production area, including rejected/questionable, experimental, and validation materials.

Transport hazardous materials as required.

Recycle and remove waste as needed.

Report damaged materials when detected.

Maintain complete, accurate, and legible records.

Perform SAP/MES transactions.

Safely operate electric forklifts (stand-up and sit-down), electric pallet jacks, slip-sheet equipment, and material tuggers.

Achieve and maintain forklift certification.

Perform other duties as needed to support business operations.
Education
-
High School diploma or GED preferred.
-
In lieu of a diploma/GED, two years of manufacturing experience is required.
Experience
-
1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.

Forklift experience required.
