A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Overnight Pharmacist (7 days on/ 7 days  off) in Concord, NH.
This full-time position offers an exciting schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, working overnight shifts from 8 PM to 8 AM. Overnight Pharmacist Compensation and Benefits

• The pay for this position is $60.00 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Overnight Pharmacist Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical services to long-term care and institutionalized patients, ensuring quality and patient safety.
• Evaluate physician medication orders for drug appropriateness, dosage, potential interactions, and administration route; make therapy recommendations as necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive patient/resident database, including medical history, clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medications.
• Ensure proper laboratory tests are ordered, evaluated, and discussed for monitoring high-risk conditions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support.
• Document all communications with healthcare professionals, patients/residents, and their families in medical records.
• Implement and uphold policies for safe drug procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal.
• Maintain all required documentation in compliance with federal/state regulations and company policy.
• Notify the Pharmacy Manager of medication-related errors.
• Assist facility staff with safe and effective drug administration and disposal procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Overnight Pharmacist Requirements

• Active New Hampshire Pharmacist License.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Previous experience in long-term care or institutional settings preferred.
