Job Description

Title: Infrastructure Solutions Architect V – PAM Administrator

Location: Dimondale, MI (2-days onsite, 3-days remote Hybrid Schedule)

Note: C2C & 3rd Party Candidates will NOT be considered

This position will support the Privileged Access Management (PAM) team in their effort to onboard all privileged accounts into CyberArk. Each agency will be different, but your work will generally involve meeting with agency stakeholders to determine business requirements they have for privileged accounts. This position will also support the development of CyberArk connection components, as needed. This position will be the point of contact for their assigned agency, resolving any issues or questions during testing. The Infrastructure Solutions Architect will develop regular reporting and accountability on key metrics and agreed-upon deliverables, ensuring that the project is performing according to set standards. As a PAM team member, you will play a crucial role in installing, configuring, testing, documenting, and maintaining PAM solutions to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of strong CyberArk experience and at least 6 years of general privileged access / account security experience
  • Strong experience utilizing Privilege Access Workstations (PAWs) workflows and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
  • Experience in the Maintenance & Operations (O&M) of PAM solutions
  • Strong software development skills, with a familiarity creating AutoIT connection components
  • Strong scripting skills for REST API development (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
  • Strong experience with Active Directory (AD)
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Experience onboarding accounts
  • Strong clear and concise written and verbal interpersonal skills, including the ability to track meetings with agencies
  • Ability to effectively document work
  • Ability to work without direct management
  • Experience with Azure Identity Security, including Entra ID / Azure AD preferred
  • Experience with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) preferred
  • Experience with Conditional Access Policies / Governance preferred
  • Experience with B2B, government, or commercial accounts preferred
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
