Title: Application Developer III – Configuration Analyst
Pay Rate: $43.69/hr
Location: Work from Home
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST

This is a Scrum Team role that will serve as part of a Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment Configuration Team, tasked with developing purpose-built capabilities for our NextGen platform. This role is responsible for delivering configuration for various enrollment, billing, reconciliation, correspondence, and reporting stories within an Agile framework.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Developer with more than four years of experience to transition into a position on the Medicare Next Generation Platform Team. We currently have an opening within our Medicare/Medicaid Next Generation Program Team for a dynamic, self-starting, experienced Analyst. The role will create new learning opportunities from both a technology perspective and a business process perspective in relation to Medicare and Medicaid Enrollment Operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience with PL/SQL and MS SQL Server Databases
- 2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience with IBM DataStage, including Sequences, Routines, Build-ups, Containers, etc.
- 2-4 years of intermediate/advanced experience in application development across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Market Prominence, MHK's (formerly MedHOK) Enrollment, Billing, and Correspondence platform
- 2-4 years of experience in Information Technology Release & Resource Management
- 2-4 years of experience in Medical Management and Government Administration
- 2-4 years of experience with member materials and correspondence implementation
- 2-4 years of experience with Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange Enrollment, or Billing and Correspondence Operations
- Experience in the implementation of a Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment application
- Experience with enterprise-wide or cross-functional, large-scale initiatives with high degrees of complexity
- Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills at the senior level, including the capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization, simultaneously
