Job Description
Title: PMO Cloud Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI (3-days onsite, 2-days remote Hybrid schedule)

The PMO Cloud Analyst will be responsible for supporting and leading PMO initiatives, capabilities, and projects in support of our ETO portfolio. The PMO Cloud Analyst will collaborate with PMO stakeholders with a heightened focus on quality of solutions, delivery of stated outcomes, and adherence to timeline and budget. Responsibilities include adhering to project governance, managing financial aspects of portfolios, supporting our cloud adoption and change management processes, documenting accurate customer requirements, and ensuring quality assurance processes. The PMO Cloud Analyst will work closely with internal technology teams, Scrum Masters, and multi-disciplinary teams, and will report to the ETO PMO Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, product owners, and other partners to understand expected product functionality, customer, testing requirements, and processes for PMO led initiatives
- Create and distribute transparent KPI metrics (Stories, Epics, Burn Down Charts, Velocity, Dashboards, etc.), guides, and roadmaps for PMO Initiatives
- Support the cloud adoption program with focused responsibilities tracking business unit cloud enablement and cloud operational readiness, driving collaboration with ETO product leads
- Support the Cloud Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy with a focus on cloud training curriculum role-based training
- Align teams within the organization on how to effectively use, inspect, and adopt Agile principles and best practices
- Perform ETO PMO training and administration support of standard JIRA boards and metrics
- Organize and maintain quality assurance and governance documentation
- Create and maintain project portfolio confluence pages for all intake work
- Create and maintain PMO governance pages for training and processes
- Create and setup SharePoint sites for portfolio initiatives and squads
- Coordinate weekly governance and strategic alignment meeting agendas
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in an Agile environment utilizing Agile management and SDLC tooling (JIRA, Confluence, CI Tooling, etc.)
- 2-4 years of experience supporting product roadmaps, user stories, prioritized backlogs, and customer intake/enhancement requests
- 2-3 years of cloud platform experience in an Agile environment
- Ability to work well with multiple levels of management; outstanding organizational and time management skills, including strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience coaching cross functional project teams on project execution processes and operational excellence preferred
- A strong understanding of requirements management and quality assurance throughout project lifecycles preferred
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related field preferred
- CSM and/or PMP Certifications highly preferred
