PACKAGING OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Mebane NC 27302– 100% On-site
• Payrate: $20/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Wednesday: 7PM – 7:30AM + Rotating Thursday: 9PM – 5:30AM
• • Overtime may be required based on business needs

PACKAGING OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Packaging Operator will support routine packaging operations by preparing materials, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. The position plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly and compliantly—no cape required, but attention to detail is non-negotiable.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

PACKAGING OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean and maintain packaging work areas and equipment in accordance with GMP standards
• Palletize packaged materials following safety and quality guidelines
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality compliance
• Collect product samples for quality verification per documented procedures
• Accurately complete packaging documentation and production logs
• Prepare and stage packaging materials for production runs
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

PACKAGING OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) required
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, basic math, and interpreting charts/diagrams)
• Basic computer skills, including experience using a Windows-based environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to perform repetitive motions
