PACKAGING OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Hunt Valley, MD – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $17.75/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time, 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

- Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime or rotating shifts as required.
PACKAGING OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Packaging Operator will be responsible for the manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of both clinical and commercial products. This role is critical in ensuring that all finished products meet strict quality specifications and are ready for distribution to customers.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

PACKAGING OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Packaging & Labeling: Perform manual inspection and labeling of products to satisfy clinical and commercial demand.
- Quality Control: Inspect in-process packaging and components to ensure consistent quality and remove any defective materials.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts (Good Documentation Practices).
- Mathematical Tasks: Perform basic mathematical calculations required to complete batch records.
- Safety & Compliance: Actively engage in daily safety discussions, participate in audits, and strictly follow gowning and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Sanitation: Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment; handle hazardous waste according to protocol.
PACKAGING OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- 1+ year of industry-related work experience.
- Familiarity with computers and general business software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime or rotating shifts as required.
