Packaging Operator Compensation

• Pay Rate: $17 per hour

• Benefits: Available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• 401(k): Company match available for employees with one year of service

Packaging Operator Highlights

• Contract Assignment: Potential for permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs.

• Shift Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Overtime on Fridays: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Packaging Operator Responsibilities

• Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.

• Ensure finished products meet Quality specifications.

• Inspect in-process packaging and components for defects.

• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including batch records and inventory counts.

• Conduct inventory counting and participate in safety audits as needed.

• Clean packaging stations and equipment routinely.

• Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE) and contamination control requirements.

• Handle hazardous waste as appropriate.

Packaging Operator Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience: At least six months of industry work experience. Packaging experience in the medical field is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with basic mathematical calculations and general business software.

  • Good documentation practices.

• Availability: Must be flexible with schedules, including static or rotating shifts and overtime.
