Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Paramedic in Jackson Michigan 49201. The Paramedic would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Paramedic Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $15 - $18 per hour based on experience
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

 

Paramedic Highlights

  • The required availability for this position is Afternoon Shift
    • Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm
    • no weekends or holidays required

 

Paramedic Responsibilities

  • Handling employee injuries/concerns, injury triage cases, etc.
  • Support the manufacturer's emergency response team as needed
  • Monitoring and answering questions
  • Educating Patients
  • The position is to allow extended hours for the clinic
  • There will be a 2-3 hour overlap with the RN working the earlier shift to allow for communication of status and cases

 

Paramedic Requirements

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Paramedic licensure
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Experience with injury triage
  • Comfortability in communicating directly with manufacturing management and HR
  • Comfortable operating independently
