Nurse Practitioner Compensation

• The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Nurse Practitioner Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is approximately 20 hours per week (1–2 weekdays and Saturday/Sunday shifts); hours may flex up based on clinic needs
  • Must be willing to float between Deland, Deltona, Orange City, and Palm Coast locations

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based care independently in a retail clinic setting
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning
  • Collaborate with a clinical care team to improve outcomes across a patient panel
  • Maintain accurate electronic documentation of all patient interactions
  • Respond to patient inquiries and help develop patient-centered practice teams
  • Provide excellent customer service and integrate patient feedback
  • Resolve clinical and operational challenges and support hiring/development of other clinical staff
  • Adapt to new models of patient care and prioritize clinic efficiency and safety

Nurse Practitioner Requirements

• Must have a completed Nurse Practitioner Candidate Questionnaire (included with resume)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by start date (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
  • Current and unrestricted state license as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • National Board Certification
  • DEA registration may be required at time of offer
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and float to multiple clinic locations
