Are you a compassionate therapist ready to lead transformative group therapy sessions and help individuals in their mental health or substance use recovery journey? We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker/Staff Clinician I to join our team, provide therapeutic services, and work closely with clients to develop effective treatment plans.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate group therapy sessions for IOP adult clients three days per week, each lasting three hours.

  • Foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT to address mental health and substance use challenges.

• Treatment Planning:

  • Conduct comprehensive social histories to understand client needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans with clients that align with their clinical goals.

• Insurance Reviews:

  • Complete insurance reviews for IOP clients to assess coverage.
  • Work with insurance providers to ensure continued authorization for services.

• Assessments:

  • Conduct Level of Care Assessments for adolescents or adults in crisis to determine appropriate care levels.

• Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation (e.g., progress notes, treatment plans).
  • Collaborate with team members and adhere to agency policies.

What We're Looking For:

• Temp, Associate or full Licensure/certification is required at hire.
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare or social services required (psychiatric hospital experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• CPI certification within 60 days of hire.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Non-Licensed Therapists: Starting at $56,118 (up to $84,177 based on experience).
• Licensed Therapists: Starting at $60,612 (up to $90,916 based on experience).
• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Non-Licensed Therapists & $8,000 for Licensed Therapists!
• Relocation Assistance up to $5,000 (if applicable).
