Compensation

  • Pay: $25 per hour
  • Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Verify hospital outpatient visit authorizations accurately and efficiently
  • Research patient insurance benefits using payer portals
  • Support communications between physician offices and hospital sites
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hospital authorization verification experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
