Patient Care Aide (PCA) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $19.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Patient Care Aide (PCA) Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is: Shifts are 8:30 AM – 7:30 AM M-F and 9:00 AM – 5:30 AM Saturday and Sunday. Full Time hours are 2-3 shifts during the week and every other weekend, average of 32 hours per week
- This position is onsite in Cranberry Township PA 16066

Patient Care Aide (PCA) Responsibilities
- The patient care aide (PCA) will work in an enhanced capacity to drive significant clinical and operational efficiencies at the practice level.
- Under the supervision of a Health Services Supervisor, with day-to-day direction from the clinic Provider, the PCA will focus on appointment management, workflow optimization & support, and enable growth, while also providing direct patient care based on state regulations and scope

- Recent previous health care experience
- Basic Life Support Certification upon hire
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
