Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8AM – 5PM EST
We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to support Shared Financial Services Payroll. This is a highly valued position within the Payroll team and will play an integral role in day-to-day payroll operations. Ideal candidates for this role will be motivated self-starters who can take ownership of their responsibilities. We offer a challenging role in an international organization with ample opportunities for growth; this position is based in Charlotte, NC. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
• Working with ADP and internal units processing regular and off cycle payroll runs
• Payroll processing under very tight deadlines
• Processing/monitoring off cycle payments
• Monitoring payroll inbox support within the ADP system and responding to ADP tickets, reporting issues, and creating reports
• Supporting monthly/quarterly reconciliations
Position Qualifications:
• 2 - 5 years of payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of multi-state taxes and basic financial/accounting principles
• Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under time pressure, to prioritize workloads, and meet strict deadlines
• Experience with ADP Global View Platform preferred
• Experience with the SAP Platform preferred
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
