Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $36.60 – $45.00 per hour, based on education and experience
- Relocation allowance of up to $5,000 may be available and will be discussed during the interview

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Highlights
- This position is a permanent placement opportunity
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, Day Shift, with flexible hours

Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services for patients ages 0–3 years in the Infant Child Development (ICD) program
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy for delays or deficits in activities of daily living, neuromuscular, sensory-integrative, cognitive, or psychosocial abilities
- Develop and document individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to patients and families
- Provide education, consultation, and transition/discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with facility and state requirements
Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy [Required]
- Kansas Occupational Therapy License [Required]
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License
- CPR and BLS Certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association) within first 90 days
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric OT experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients/projects
- Commitment to patient-centered care and high-quality outcomes
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy for children 0–3 years
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible clinical environment
