(Per Diem) Registered Nurse – Med Surg Compensation

• The pay for this position is $40 - $44 per hour based on experience.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

(Per Diem) Registered Nurse – Med Surg Highlights

• The required availability for this position is 12 hour day shifts.
• Required to pick up one shift every 3 months.

(Per Diem) Registered Nurse – Med Surg Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

(Per Diem) Registered Nurse – Med Surg Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• 3.5 Year of Experience in Med/Surg or similar specialties – Required
• At least 1 year of experience in a Trauma Level I or II facility – Required
• Certification Requirements: BLS
• State License Requirements: Michigan

(Per Diem) Registered Nurse – Med Surg Preferred Qualifications

• Cerner EMR Experience - Highly Preferred
