Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse Highlights
- The pay for this position is $29.00–$43.00 per hour (based on education and experience)
- Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 12-hour shifts | 0.9 FTE
- Weekend requirements: TBD
- On-call requirements: TBD
- This position is onsite
- This position is a permanent placement
- Additional: $2.00 shift & weekend differential, relocation allowance up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to medical and surgical patients using the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Deliver care according to state regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies
- Work in one of the following units: 3SE, 4Med, or 5Surg
- Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1 maximum
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Contribute to a supportive, engaging, and team-driven care environment
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program – Required
- Will accept new graduates
- BLS certification – Required
- Active Kansas RN license – Required
- Must not have applied directly to Salina Regional Health Center (per facility requirement)
