Job Description
  • Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes and health care facilities.
  • Perform and process X-Rays using portable radiography equipment and submit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
  • Unload portable X-Ray equipment and perform exams ordered by the physician, ensuring clinically diagnostic images.
  • Regularly communicate with dispatch and management regarding operations.
  • Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Interact professionally with clients and peers to provide excellent service.
  • Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents as per protocol.
Critical Information
  • Varied shift hours with possible on-call requirements.
  • Position includes physical demands of pushing/pulling equipment up to 100 lbs.
  • Requires state licensure and ARRT certification, along with a valid driver’s license.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • ARRT Certification.
  • California State Radiologic Technologist License.
