Job Highlights:

• Pay Rate: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour **based on licensure, certifications and experience**
• Contract position with the possibility of conversion
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Work Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week 8 hours per day, 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM -Retail hours Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat

Location: Coeur d' Alene, ID 

Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• Reviewing prescriptions for appropriateness and quality assurance. 
• Managing daily activities, including inventory and staff. 
• Advising on therapies, offering Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and potentially providing immunizations. 
• Explaining medications, potential side effects, and interactions. 
• Promoting clinical programs and ensuring profitability. 
• Adhering to state and federal regulations and Rite Aid policies. 
• Addressing customer inquiries and complaints. 
• Obtaining additional information about prescriptions. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the state of Idaho in good standing.
• Must hold an active Immunization certification
• New Grads welcome to apply 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, and type.
