PHARMACIST | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
  • Location: Milwaukee WI 53224 – 100% On-site
  • Payrate: $66/hr
  • Required Availability: Full-Time | 2nd Shift: 1 PM – 9:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
    • Occasional Saturday shifts may be required
PHARMACIST | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Pharmacist will support prescription fulfillment, patient education, and compliance within a collaborative team environment.
  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business need
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
PHARMACIST | RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accurately accept, review, and dispense prescription medications
  • Monitor patient medication usage and compliance patterns
  • Ensure all pharmacy practices comply with legal and regulatory standards
  • Maintain confidential and accurate patient and pharmacy records
  • Counsel patients on dosage, side effects, and drug interactions
  • Advise on the proper use of prescription and non-prescription medications
  • Compound and prepare sterile solutions as needed
  • Provide patient education and support for medical devices (e.g., blood pressure monitors, glucose meters)
  • Supervise and guide pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerks
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Maintain appropriate inventory and supply management
PHARMACIST | REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
  • Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
  • Active Wisconsin Pharmacist (RPh) license required
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy environment preferred
