Pharmacist Pay Rate: $66.00 – $69.09/hour
Pharmacist Location: Starts in Roseville, MN (3030 Centre Pointe Dr, Ste 700) and will relocate to Brooklyn Park, MN in the near future
Pharmacist Schedule: Full-time – flexible shifts available (including evenings/weekends)

Pharmacist Position Summary:
We are actively hiring 6 Pharmacists (RPh) to support operations at our Roseville location, with a planned transition to a brand-new facility in Brooklyn Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for licensed pharmacists, including new graduates, who are seeking hands-on experience and growth potential in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You’ll be part of a collaborative pharmacy team supporting various critical functions. We’re looking for pharmacists who can be flexible with scheduling, committed to delivering top-notch service, and comfortable working evening and weekend shifts if needed.

Pharmacist Available Shifts:
Candidates will select their preferred schedule, and while in Roseville, shifts may be slightly adjusted to align with that location’s operating hours. Below are examples of current shift patterns:

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (multiple patterns including weekends or weekdays off)
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (some schedules include weekends off)

Pharmacist Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality pharmacy services in a retail-like environment
• Collaborate with team members to research and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling patient data
• Support pharmacy operations while maintaining a customer-first mindset
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support new initiatives

Pharmacist Requirements:

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current Pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota
• At least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and escalate when appropriate
• Experience with confidential information and pharmacy operations
