Monday through Friday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM as needed

Job Summary
The Pharmacist will work in a highly automated central fill pharmacy alongside pharmacists, technicians, and the operations team to meet daily production goals. This role is responsible for managing workflow, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medication orders, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Review and dispense medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage workflow within the central fill pharmacy environment
• Replenish hoppers and oversee pharmacy automation systems
• Supervise and provide guidance to technicians, clerks, and support staff
• Perform quality checks during production as requested by the operations team
• Document and report medication errors to the supervisor and Pharmacist in Charge
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy laws
• Oversee return to stock processes
• Provide direction and assistance in filling medication orders
• Offer professional drug and product information to the operations team when requested
• Monitor proper storage and distribution of medications
• Complete end of day assignments and follow closing protocols
• Promote teamwork and assist team members as needed
• Follow all company and pharmacy policies and procedures
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all aspects of work

Qualifications
• Bachelors or advanced degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist license
• Eligibility for pharmacist licensure in other states
• Additional state licenses preferred
• Prior pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience in a high volume pharmacy environment preferred
• Ability to work evening shifts and Saturdays as needed
• Strong communication skills with staff and internal teams

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit and stand intermittently for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, and type
• Ability to push or pull carts as required
