A-Line Staffing is now hiring Clinical Pharmacist – Home Infusion in Apex, NC 27502. The Clinical Pharmacist – Home Infusion would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Clinical Pharmacist – Home Infusion Compensation
- The pay for this position is $64.27 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday with rotating shifts (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM), including required evening and weekend on-call coverage; overtime available as needed
- Review referrals for appropriateness including drug, dose, route, and lab requirements
- Manage new patient starts, refills, and medication reconciliation
- Provide patient counseling and education on therapies
- Monitor lab-dependent therapies and coordinate care with providers and nursing
- Perform prescription entry, documentation, and claim adjudication
- Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications in compliance with USP standards
- Ensure proper labeling, lot tracking, and quality control of compounded medications
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support workflow operations
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely, safe medication dispensing and delivery
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience with home infusion, sterile compounding, or IV therapy
- Strong knowledge of USP standards and sterile compounding practices
- Experience with clinical review, patient counseling, and medication management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Clinical Pharmacist – Home Infusion Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CPR+ or similar pharmacy systems
- Previous experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy
- Experience supervising pharmacy technicians
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
