Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Harrisburg PA. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, patient care, and a passion for improving patient health outcomes.
Schedule & Location:
- Location: Harrisburg PA 17111 United States
- Schedule: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, flexible days of the week (including weekends as required)
- Hourly Rate: $55.00 to $70.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Dispense prescription medications in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Offer patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and possible interactions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient medication therapies for effectiveness and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper medication storage.
- Perform other pharmacy-related duties as needed.
- Valid Pharmacist license in California(RPh)
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, medications, and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred but not required.
- APhA or ACPE 20-hour immunization certificate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds if necessary.
- Ability to travel between float areas as required.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
