Pharmacist Highlights
  • Pay Rate: $60.00 per hour
  • Schedule:
    • Monday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
    • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Onsite position
  • Employment Type: Contract with potential for Full-Time Employment (FTE)
Responsibilities
  • Review and accurately dispense medication orders
  • Oversee workflow, automation, and medication replenishment
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and support personnel
  • Perform quality checks and report medication errors
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws
  • Oversee the return-to-stock process
  • Provide product information and support to the operations team
  • Monitor drug storage and distribution
  • Perform end-of-day tasks and ensure proper building closure
  • Follow company and pharmacy policies
Requirements
  • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Tennessee State Board of Pharmacy
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacist
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
  • Additional state pharmacy licenses (preferred)
  • High-volume pharmacy experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work evening shifts and Saturdays
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
