PHARMACIST | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Milwaukee WI 53224 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $67.50/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
PHARMACIST | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Pharmacist will play a key role in medication dispensing, patient counseling, pharmacy operations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication management. This onsite contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

PHARMACIST | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and patient safety.
- Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications, including dosage, storage, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Identify medication-related concerns and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers.
- Compound medications and prepare sterile solutions following established procedures.
- Educate patients on the proper use of medical devices such as blood pressure monitors and glucose meters.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy support staff.
- Monitor and maintain pharmaceutical inventory and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
PHARMACIST | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist (RPh) license required.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and medication management.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
