Pharmacist Compensation
  • The pay for this position is $80 per hour.
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Pharmacist Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to assist customers with their health care needs and maximize health outcomes by filling prescriptions, providing clinical services, advising on therapies, delivering excellent customer service, and supervising pharmacy associates. Frequent independent judgment is essential. The Pharmacist will perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with company policies and state and federal laws.
Pharmacist Responsibilities
  • Engage customers seeking guidance on pharmacological and non-pharmacological health condition management using clinical tools and delivering information in the customer’s preferred method of communication.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services per state regulations, including adherence support, immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), point-of-care testing (POCT), and diagnostic testing.
  • Ensure prescription accuracy by completing Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in compliance with DEA, State, and Federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Assist Pharmacy Manager with supervision and training of pharmacy associates, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Maintain appropriate security and compliance in the Pharmacy department.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Complete required certifications, training, and education, including traditional medicine and holistic wellness therapies.
  • Ensure Standard Work procedures are consistently followed for operational activities.

Pharmacist Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (required); Pharm.D. (preferred).
  • Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice (required).
  • Immunization Certification and license as required by state regulations.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and maintain performance under pressure.
