A-Line Staffing is seeking an LTC Closed Door Pharmacist for an on-site contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This is a great fit for a Wisconsin-licensed RPh who’s comfortable with patient counseling, dispensing, and supporting pharmacy operations on an evening shift.

A-Line Staffing is seeking an LTC Closed Door Pharmacist for an on-site contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. This is a great fit for a Wisconsin-licensed RPh who’s comfortable with patient counseling, dispensing, and supporting pharmacy operations on an evening shift.
Position Highlights
- Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-site)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (potential for Saturday coverage)
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Pay: $65.75 per hour
- Openings: 2
- Type: Contract
- Accept and dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files
- Counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications (dosage, storage, side effects, interactions)
- Identify medication-related issues and communicate effectively with prescribers and care teams
- Provide patient services as applicable (e.g., smoking cessation support, blood pressure checks, cholesterol management)
- Educate patients on proper use of medical devices (e.g., BP monitors, glucose meters)
- Compound medications for internal/external use; prepare sterile solutions following proper procedures
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff (technicians, clerks, etc.)
- Manage and maintain appropriate pharmaceutical/medical supply inventory
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist (RPh) license required
- Strong patient-service mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with pharmacists, technicians, prescribers, nurses, and other healthcare staff
