Pharmacy Assistant Compensation
- The pay for this position is $20.95 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Pharmacy Assistant Highlights
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
The required availability for this position is:
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Onsite position in Everett, WA
Pharmacy Assistant Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced automated refill center (warehouse-style environment)
- Pack prescriptions and prepare orders for shipping
- Fold and organize paperwork with prescription orders
- Sort shipments by store location and place into totes
- Load product for delivery
- Maintain consistent workflow to meet daily production goals
- Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
- Identify and escalate workflow or quality issues as needed
Pharmacy Assistant Requirements
- Must obtain a Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License (can apply after offer)
- Ability to lift 20–25 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive tasks
- Must have reliable transportation to work onsite
- Must be open to mandatory overtime (up to 1 hour daily)
- High School Diploma or GE
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Pharmacy Assistant Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, production, or pharmacy experience
- Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Reliable attendance history
