Pharmacy Call Center Representative
Location: On-Site – Mason, OH Call Center
Hourly Rate: $17.50 per hour, benefits available Day 1
Start Date: Monday, April 14th
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST (First 3-4 Weeks)
Required Availability: Open availability required for shifts between 9 AM – 6 PM EST
Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Patient Affordability Program Representatives in Mason, OH with a life sciences organization. In this permanent / direct hire role, you will assist patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with inquiries related to medication savings programs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring access to affordable medications while providing top-tier customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from patients, pharmacies, and physicians regarding savings programs.
- Assist patients in determining eligibility for savings cards and renew them annually.
- Guide pharmacies through processing savings cards and troubleshooting claim issues.
- Educate callers on program details, eligibility, and reimbursement processes.
- Conduct outbound calls to assist pharmacies with claims and resolve escalated issues.
- Document adverse events, product complaints, and other necessary reports.
What We Look For:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Strong active listening and customer service skills (retail, call center, or similar experience preferred).
- Prior pharmacy or healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and problem-solve efficiently.
