A-Line Staffing is hiring a Pharmacy Clerk for an exciting opportunity in San Francisco, CA! If you have experience in shipping, handling, or customer service and are looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Job Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST (may be 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM as needed for business needs).
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour.
- Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and distribute inbound and outbound mail using automated mail systems.
- Verify paperwork and accurately label packages according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Select appropriate packaging materials and create shipping labels.
- Operate postal scales, meters, and shipping systems to ensure timely deliveries.
- Pack medications for shipment and process copayments for prescriptions.
- Restock shipping supplies and maintain an organized work area.
- Assist walk-in customers and provide basic customer service.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience:
- At least six months in a customer service or shipping & handling role.
- Automated mail systems experience preferred.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to type 25 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using computers, including 10-key entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
